Hello, I’m Keller Ellison, a passionate chef and mother of four wonderful children. I’m 35 years old, born in a small town called Sam Hill in Maine. Cooking has been an integral part of my life since childhood, and over the years, I’ve achieved my dream of working in Dubai’s top restaurants for 13 years. This unique experience has equipped me with invaluable skills and diverse cooking techniques from various cultures.
To pursue my dream, I studied at renowned culinary schools. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and completed my studies at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, California.
After years of hard work and continuous learning, I decided to open my own restaurant. In my restaurant, I aim to provide an exceptional dining experience that blends traditional flavors with modern creativity. My vision is to create a place where every visitor feels at home, enjoying dishes prepared with love and passion.
In addition to my work at the restaurant, I dedicate time to my beautiful family. My children are my inspiration and happiness, and I love involving them in my culinary adventures.
